Well, Katusa agrees with some of you that a dividend is coming next year.  I know he talks up his investments, but the renewable energy investing history and he yeildco comparisons are interesting.

Thank you bold one for posting the link to Katusa. There is very good data there about green energy.  Globally small hydro is peanuts although it has great potential in some places (B.C. for example).  Geothermal seems also to be peanuts, but it has great potential in some places (Iceland, western USA, Italy, Philippines) Globally solar and wind will be over 90% of green energy ...more

Materialgirl, I agree with you regarding hydro will be limited for geographical reasons (perhaps financial too); solar and wind have more opportunity. Response to #1:  I am actually for reinvesting profits into future projects and growth so I am not in rush for a dividend (but below I am OK with change). Response to #2:  I hope when they get to a stage of funding projects they can pay ...more
