The AXY evolution into a divi paying 10-year-old infrastructure play  was not exactly bold.

It was expected by everyone.  The surprise was that we did not expect it until March 2017.

But, guys, there was nothing BOLD about it.

Long term investors were all getting restless and for good reason.
