I am assuming that; 1 the cost of replacing the unit is covered by insurance 2 the lost revenue due to the collapse is also covered by insurance   or it is covered by the manufacturer Assuming assuming assuming .....

That is because that is a bolted joint. You really don't know much about anything, do you?
