Did SimplyRunRig Almost Call It?

SimplyRunRig posted September 16, 2016 that AXY had a $8.50 price target and a 16% possibe dividend possible in 2017...

Wow...pretty close...on price target...now on dividend 16% was high in the first place, but I guess it depends on how you measure it (cost basis or current market price).
