Very expensive start up.
Big question-how much dilution to come.
Budgeting is difficult in a inflation world.
That is the Gorilla in the Room.
On the positive side-there is currently a huge Global shortage on all
kinds of plastics.I have also heard home Depo is having problems getting
many plastic products stocked.
So this will be a Massive demand-if they can ever get the plant up on
