I still remember how to finished Armoyan purchase shares Slate Office , he put tenth millions $ around 4.5 CAD  and now it is worth around 0.9 CAD. He is loosing money on his investment very often

Armoyan did very well with Cominar REIT. He bought 10% of Cominar before the offer to go private.

I don't own SOT, but insider ownership/buys are nowhere near as high as MRT. In fact, MRC and Rai Sahi together own 68% of this and have been actively buying while Slate owns just over a measly 4%. Armoyan will fair better here with his investment given the strong hold from Sahi/MRC. MRT vs SOT
