The real allenjames say's JL is here to stay.  The BC court has no way of dislodging him and forcing a AGM.  When a AGM is held the board will easily keep their seats. The dissident investors do not have enough votes to elect even one member to the board.

The dissident investors are a group of masked bandits posting on chat boars and bullboards with fake names. It appears that they are also Trolling on stockhouse.  The only people who cannot tell the imposter's from the real posters are the people from CEO.CA
