MGX M has not filed the required financial statements. This is the reason for the hault. MGX M now has a top flight accounting and legal firm on the job. The bookkeeping is obviously sloppy and way behind. We are in for a long wait as MGX M management is in no rush to file the financials nor are they in a rush to a AGM nor to get trading again.
