Sept. 1 2022 What do we as shareholders face this month ???
If MGX M trading halt is not stopped this month, the Company will be delisted and become a private company. Trading must start this month or the 6 month halt period must be extended to prevent delisting. The securities commission must act in the best interests of shareholders.
JL appears before the securties commission this month and his future will be determined. The hearing starts on Sept 12 2022 and ends on Sept 29 2022. Who is in control of MGX M is in disputed. This may result in a extention of the 6 month halt period. Maybe not !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
