THOUGHTS -

1 - They could've allowed another to step in to keep the junor moving forward.
2 - Heck - even the geo would've sufficed. ( or,, ur )
3 - There's an anomaly with 3 cdn magnesium stocks.
one is waiting for a permit - switched up to gold.- points to - permitters are the gate keepers.
the other Mag junior looks like it's - sinking.
and this stock, still under halt.

I look at it this way.
Queen owns it all... along with, First Nations.
Even the Banks...Queen owns too.

Juniors stake's the Queen's lands.
Try their best to find deposits and prove them up.

Anyone can " jump in " and continue the course.
They all work for the Queen.

The way they rotate " personel " amongst juniors is like - trading baseball cards.

No doubt the claims have worth.
Question becomes - is there another out there that is interested in each ?
If junior continues the course in these harsh times with low valuation - dilution will affect the SP.
Share counts will be racked up. Another PP at a nickel will suffer the sharecount = shareholders.
If claims are sold at a - decent price - could be best solution.

How i see it ?
Each mineral ( silicon + Mag ) even calcium and quartz + silicas ( areogel ) are all valuable.

A few fall under - critical metals -
Which are deemed ( VALUABLE AND NEEDED ) for running the country.

Throw in Gov't +  First Nations and the mineral deals unfolding with new energy projects.
And it becomes a situation of several parties would have interest.

The main issue = shareholders are attached.
Hence -  my best advice - there's a shhh load of monies parked in " stake holder funds " looking
to jump on opportunities - and i'm sure they like private projects.
Heck, even the US defence fund.

Hopefully a few of my posts...
drove home the importance of each mineral and their value.
Preaching just MgO for years - doesn't cut the mustard.

What's the new buzz word ?
Biden Bucks.
Biden wanting to invest in - Canadian mining projects.
I wonder if USA has eyed up the mag + silicon ?
USA -  plays hardball.
Just look at Nevada and the lithium juniors.
Will it be same with - cdn projects with in canada ? lol

I hope the critical mineral stocks are treated well - not hard to be a neighboring  country playing savior when many stocks are sitting under a dime. If they were not knocked down ( instead ) given  proper valuations - juniors wouldn't need another's help - shareholders could easily fund the projects if valuations were geared towards the mineral in situ values. Less dilution more advancing.  It's when they're knocked down - dilution occurs - affects the value.
Value is taken away from shareholders - and shareholders wealth is --------.

When stocks are kept to a rightful value based on - mineral in situ wealth.
It can fund itself through - shareholders.
There should be no such thing as dime stocks with billion dollar in situ resources.
See where the wealth is stripped ?

And... on the other hand.
Any one junior finding a mega deposit - would compete with the current, Titans
Hence - very few mineral juniors are given decent valuations.
At one time they did.

Like the DOT/COM era - where a teenager with the right software could be worth more than a major tech company - lol

Every now and then... i like to remind myself of the one junior that did escape the clutches...
Great Bear resource -

Hopefully something surfaces soon.
It's been far too long... almost redicoulous - i hate to think were being walked into a september economic storm.

Delisting ?
Would that not be considered a mineral grab ?
Ha....

I wonder how many common shares are owned outside of,
larger positions ?

Cheers....

Wango: Why wonder as to who the major shareholders are?  Just look up who the major shareholdrs are.  There less than 300 shareholders. GOOD LUCK TO ALL INVESTORS.
