MONZANITE -

So... did a bit of researching on, Phosphates ( uranium )
Turns out... Mt Nelson and particularly ( BUGABOO ) placers - contain Uranium and Niobium.
The ore it's found in is - Monzanite. Which is a associated to phodphates and, illminite.

Quartz rock oxide or carbonate, and comes in the colors....
Monazite is a red/green-brownish, waxy mineral
Chemical Formula: (Ce,La,Nd,Th)(PO4,SiO4)

Notice - Nd. which Driftwood has showings of - Nb - related. ( 2001 assay report )

Other research has shown that - monzanite is also hosted in - dolomites.
And there's the crux - junior only trested hgh grade magnesite - not the dolomites which is
reknown for, ree's.

WHAT ABOUT THE PURPLE SHALES ?
i confess... ( lol ) i surely thought there would be an association to the purple sands and shales tied to a potential - uranium.  Uranium does come in a purple carbonate, as shown in exmaple in former posts but... in this Spollmacheen distric, uranium comes in, monzanites and illities.

WHICH NOW POINTS TO....
Idaho, and thier purple shales which host - cobalt.
I... prefer a cobalt over a uranium - lol

So...  the purple shales or other purple showings... should be a high priority for MGX.
Will they test them ?
They'd be silly not too, since so many juniors are now finding - ree's - in B.C.

With in the - 2011 - assay report -
There's also a - titanium showing - doesn't look like much.... that is...
till one applies it to a - 8,000,000 tonne resource and asks the wuestion... how much more of this
titanium could be hosted on Driftwood ?

EXAMPLE
8,000,000 tonnes
X .07% TITANIUM  ( note -  0.007 % multiplyer )
= 56,000 tonnes
x 2200 lbs
= 1, 232, 000,000 billion poiunds

And... if another refers to my other post on, titanium and it's current spot value -
They'd see that there could be a wild card of - Titanium at Driftwood.

Others may ask... why even look for other minerals at Driftwood ?
All because...the junior has only scratched the surface - there are severla other litho's lenses
that contain all sorts of other minerals.... We are only looking at the surface minerology.

For those who want ot know more about the - phosphates / monzanite / illities
Here's a quick excerpt from a PDF  speaking on the Spillmacheen area - uranium.

The Vowell and Malloy Creek properties (082KNE007,8), near Spillamacheen, contain Recent placer uraninite and pyrochlore, which were tested in 1954. In 1956,11312 kilograms of concentrates were produced, having an average grade of 25 per cent niobium, 0.76 per cent uranium and 13 per cent thorium oxide.

So... i guess my hopes are crushed for a uranium... lol
I don't want the junior to drill deeper - more $$$ and shares are used... ugh.

But the purple shales... are wide open to test on side of range, hoping that is, the claims
cover this portion of the mountain.

And of course... Tillicum - Marysville -
junior should really  rescope the geology - resift the cores - checking for - Zinc, Cobalt, Copper.

For those who are curious about the - Titanium values on Driftwood -

2001 - assay report -
