THINGS to PONDER
- mgx largest lithium oil brines holder ( retrospect )
- mgx seeks out brine specialist = water tech ( purlucid ) cleaning oil brines
- mgx teamed with purlucid who apparently only cleaned oil from brines
- water tech then came.... lithium extraction tech
- mgx funded lithium tech
- sorbents introduced - improved tech ( dev of lithium tech - optimization )
- fallout ( parted ways )
- grant was given to purlucid ( was this carried over to = conductive ? )
- Salton Sea - Preston runs to Bershire
- issues with salton sea ( too hot of brines )
- day 1 of Biden election = gov't chooses salton project
- US gov pulls away from Salton
- AquaMin, a division of privately held Conductive Energy Inc ( preston )
Story comes full circle = conductive energy trying to resolve a few
of Alberta's lithium oilbrine's. ( LiBank, Neolithica )
LiBank mentions - Conductive in their, PEA
Things to Ponder
Purlucid prior to MGX's partnership was only into water treatment ?
cleaning oilbrines
mgx comes along - partners - evetually acquires 55% of Purlucid
if not for mgx - purlucid ( may not ) have ever entered DLE - lithium extraction
is not mgx the inspiration, cause, reason, for lucid entering - DLE extraction ?
MGX extraction evolved into - sorbents.
MGX holds Global Rights to the extraction
Is Conductives DLE tech same as when teamed with, MGX ?
Both models use sorbents.
Why does mgx have a lawyer signing off, on Purlucid ?
Is... conductive's extraction is by chance " same " should
mgx be signing off or, rather.... signing on to these global contracts ?
If not for MGX...
would preston be where he is ?
= DLE assignments with a few Alberta's lithium oilbrine juniors ?
