Trading Hold Up

It's all about the financials. It should be resolved. Alan obviously does not want it because there would be so much undisclosed payout to him to report. Neither the board or Don Gordon have any back bone it seems. Perhaps he should spend more time working for shareholders instead of filling his own pockets. I can appreciate how expensive it is to have "family" in two countries at the same time.

For three years they've never explained their actions or been accurate regarding timelines or actual accomplishing what they intend to do. I don't expect anything to change now.  Unless there is some urgency for someone in management to sell shares at .01 cent, there's no reason for any type of filings regarding compliance issues. The stock is already halted. Filings take funds ...more

Gold still has not bottomed and management knows this. Gold needs to bottom in the $600-$700 area before anything happens. Mid to late next year

That's assuming management cares about the shareholders or anything more than creating enough revenue to pay them a salary. The only thing that will happen if gold rises and production increases is to award themselves options and bonus's for a job well done
