Richard... any thoughts on Nozzpack selling his stake?

I said to him in private a few weeks ago: "Lots of interesting albeit promotional posts on the MJS board. Are you a normal retail investor or?" He read it but no reply. Then I found out on the German board his name his George and he couldn't take the frustration anymore and sold out. What is your explanation about why they refuse to do anything for shareholders? Something smells off. The red flags are there but of course hope springs eternal.

Richard, it's appreciated. However, everyone likes dividends and value creation. It smells bad when finances have been unusually strong since 2018 and not a penny has been given back to shareholders. The company needs a thorough investigation with behavior like that. President and CEO has been here 10+ years and still holds a little over $10,000 worth of stock? Other directors nothing. Should ...more

tehre were actions in regard for shareholder value but MGM did fail to deliver results. The reasons why that is are unknown and i think it is just incomprehensible. You can of course speculate the reasons and i am open to be convinced if i see good arguments. So far, their was never a good thesis, argument, proof or even indications for it. All their is is incompetence so far.  Their ...more

"incompetence." I don't think it's incompetence. Why assume it's incompetence?

Google the definition of: inability to do something successfully; ineptitude. "allegations of professional incompetence" I will not go into an argument with you why it's appropriate to assume it's incompetence and it's inappropriate to indicate it could be something else, without being specficit what that could be. You need to formulate and thesis that is specific ...more

You allege management and board is incompetent. Ineptitude: " lack of skill or ability." BS. They are very skilled and experienced. They can see and know everything you know and more.

You are annoying again :)  With incompetence - I just state that they are unable to successfully achieve their communicated goals - the list for this is very long. All you do is even misrepresent this very tiny definition so it fits your unspecific "what ever" If you want to say something, formulate a thesis and then bring arguments for it. All you to is childish bs - I can't ...more
