Why would buy this penny stock all day long everyday. Do they know something we don't?

It can't be for the dividend unless the dividends will continue...

Here is my theory, i think they are accumulating for an eventual reserve takeover by PRG or a large buyback of shares my MJS which they will sell into for a nice gain.
