By now 4th Quarterly/Year Ending Results already ready. COULD use it to build some momentum before HCs PO.

Institution participation anticipated upon PO news announcement IF/WHEN. Even individuals will scramble for a piece of MIR than PETEY78 might even want to get some more by then. But who would be the likely SELLERS? Even PETEY78 don't want to sell than.

Why not NOW? Correct DON'T know if PO will come? No CRYSTAL BALL .
