Why do the bid/ask not show properly for this stock? Even on my iTrade account the bid/ask shows but the second levels are blank.

Strange.

Actually QTrade shows bid 4.50 and ask 5.50.   Usually it's the ask that ends up happening .  Very strange tho ya . ..NUMI.v also flying today
