Mindmed To Conduct 15-To-1 Reverse Split To Meet Nasdaq List

In a classic Canadian small cap move, Mind Medicine last night announced that it’s directors have approved a share consolidation. The consolidation follows an announcement in May that the company would be conducting an at-the-market financing to the tune of $100 million.

Once the do the split, although they will mee the NASDAQ listing requirements, the stock will likely have room to tumble even more. The best strategy is to grab the train on the way out of the station. This one looks like it was pumped and dumped according to the chart. Psychedelics have a long way to go and the US feds have no appetite to legalize despite what you might say about some states. It& ...more
