It's been 26 days since June 12, 2020 the Distribution Date and I still don't see any new AGRA shares added to my investment accounts.

Scotiabank iTrade responded to my inquiry:

 

"For any re-organizations we deposit new shares and any proceeds which may not come in at the same time upon coming in from the company transfer agent.  Proceeds typically come within 1-2 weeks.

For more in regards to any issues you can refer to the company transfer agent or their investor relations."

 

Do you know if RBC, TD or any other bank, firm, brokerage distributed already the AGRA shares?

Please inform!

I received my AGRA sahres in my account this morning howvere some of them are not I repeat are not tradeable at this time.  I will call itrade today to find out why Hope you get yours soon Little Brown Bear

Checked iTrade again few minutes ago and found the following three things:   AGRAFLORA ORGAN F COMMON STOCK CONTRA CUSIP (Symbol A054196) - ### small Quantity, Average Cost 0.0000, Market Price N/A, Market Value N/A AGRAFLORA ORGANICS INTERNAT- IONAL INC COM SHS RSTD 9/26/20 (Symbol 9076142) - ### little bigger Quantity, Average Cost N/A, Market Price 0

Cr@p! Looks like I didn't get any AGRA for SOW shares purchased on May 28, 2020 the Record Date. :(

We likely won't see alll the shares in our accounts until the end of September. My brokerage provided the following summary of the share distribution: A portion of the shares have trading restrictions thus we are waiting for physical shares.      0.00076283 is free trading    0.66610177 this portion must not trade before Aug 31, 2020    0.04657083 This
