PowerTap Considers Spinning Out Hydrogen Subsidiary Via SPAC

PowerTap Hydrogen Capital this morning indicated that it has begun the process of undergoing a strategic review. Primarily, it appears the review pertains to whether or not the firm will elect to take one of its subsidiaries, PowerTap Hydrogen Fueling Corp, public via a special purpose acquisition corporation transaction.

I have a feeling they wont produce a $ and will have studies from 3rd party companies you've never heard of.... then will award themselves a bunch of shares on your dollar. Then say they're building share holder investments.. then when the vibe is soemthing else... they will run and you will be left wondering... wtf Would not touch this company. I believe it is toxic.
