$6 million in 6 months for what?  W-T-F?   


Marketing expense of $5,914,996 (2021- $1,342,314) was incurred for marketing services in the Middle East and Europe. In 2021, the Company engaged First Marketing GmbH (FMG) to develop required content and artwork and to launch its market awareness programs in the European Union. In 2022, the Company entered into a Middle East sales and representation agreement with Viridian Hydrogen FZCO for exclusive representation in the Middle East. Marketing expenses in 2022 relate to amounts paid to FMG of $2,235,640 (2021 - $1,325,870), amounts paid to Viridian of $1,298,443 (2021 - $Nil), amounts paid for certain sponsorship rights until December 31, 2023 of $2,110,621 (2021 - $Nil) and other marketing costs of $270,292 (2021 - $16,444).

Saw this years ago with company called vengold. They emptied the till near the end and paid millions to a member of the dragons den for marketing. All connected, total scam and a buddy of mine was 100g.
