I disagree. I think that Mega could stand alone without the Headway.I don't want Goldcorp to take us out. They can have the Headway for 1 billion and we keep the rest.This is going to be one of the best winners of 2011-2012 on the Venture.

If Headway property turn out to bust which I don't believe to be the cast at all with our Monument Bay property and North Madsen property Gold ounces we should have over 3 million ounces of Gold that will not hold us down to .40 per share very long even if that happens.We should be in couple dollars range very soon with or without Headway and if Headway is hit we should be moving much faster

You hit it right on the head hope.Mega will be at multiple dollars without the Headway soon enough.If Headway hits! then watch out.As you stated 3 million ozs by the end of Oct early November if not sooner.
