We are close to depth, I would love to see a halt,

Steve and Jim from Mega as of yesterday have just acquired 500,000 KBG options each. Now that KBG management have given themselves 3 million options we are set to let positive news flow from both companies.imho

Careful 3P - you call them good management but if what you say is true this is scandalous, sleazy management. However, you are wrong again - granting options and shareprice performance have no relation (unless you do it like the saintly Steve Jobs did and backdate them). Insider trades however ...more

1.Steve and Jim are both on the board of KBG. 2.Management and options are no surprise to anyone. 3.Sleazy? If so then all companies must have sleazy management???? 4.Point being made here this morning is that management have given themselves options and now they have even more reason to deliver share value increase. 5.Insider buys I think were 280,000 shares last month.   3p is always wrong ...more

Sleazy? If so then all companies must have sleazy management??? 3P you implied that management were withholding news until they could issue options. That is sleazy. Granting options to management is fine, as you say, it is an incentive for them to perform. But the way you phrased it was a poor choice. Do you agree there is no connection between news flow and options granting? That one is not ...more

I did not mean to imply anything other than the granting of options is usually not done after news but prior to news.   Hard to fabricate news but one would have to agree that news is expected on many fronts in the coming months.   Please accept that my posts are just a discussion point on the possibilities of the future.   Not statement of facts but statement of possibilities.
