If I were short, 54 cents is where I would be forced to cover - but these short players are a mystery to most of us. They could have covered with options - I don't know what options are available on MGP nor the open positions - I don't trade options often. Someone mentioned covering with warrants. I am not aware of any warrants being in the money - apart from a very few that were part of
