The budget at MB exceeds the cash on hand, of course they will have to raise money. I spoke with Glen about dilution. I got the impression once the news comes we will have a much higher share price and dilution will be less of an issue.

IMO- When headway hits they will be raising money at a whole new level and can be as aggressive as they like spending on exploration, proving up oz's. I spent most of my time listening about MB, but when I left I felt good about Headway, not if but when!!!

When Headway hits they will raise tons of cash at a much higher price and in my view will secure the future project flow.
