In your opinion I fabricate things.. I respect your right to express your opinion.

After some deliberation I decided to contact the office this morning on the subject of a pending PP.

Response.

 

"THERE ARE NO PLANS TO DO A FINANCING AT THESE SHARE PRICES."

 

NOW EACH OF US WILL HAVE TO READ WHAT WE CHOOSE IN THAT OFFICIAL RESPONSE.

I read it as there are no plans to do a financing in the next couple of weeks.

Didn't he say this last time? You quoted him as saying no financing under $1 or something like that as I recall but then he did a 20% dilution and had to reduce the offer price by 7% from that first announced - right? They have cash to hold out until May so maybe they will but never ever trust management of a junior about financing - this is what pays their salary and I can promise you that ...more

It is a given that nothing a junior says is written in stone. A junior must and should do what it needs to do to survive another day of exploration.   hrattle. pls do not assume we were all born yesterday.
