It would seem that some still cannot see the progress being made.
Yesterday's resource update was only slightly less than what I expected but what I did not expect was the unwillingness by the market to increase the market cap of the company.
From the beginning this company has stated that it ...will respond rapidly to new opportunities and changes in the market place.
Some want us to believe that the company is misleading us at the Headway.
The company has always stated that the Headway is a long shot high risk high return potential project.
The high risk aspect of this project has clearly shown it's ugly teeth. However, the geological model from the beginning has also shown to be very accurate.
What makes people believe that the project is already a failure? There ia absolutely no tangible evidence that this project will fail.
There is however in the mind of some tangible evidence that the project will suceed.
Having said that there is still the reality that we do not have a confirmation as of yet some 2.5 years later.
The outcome of that is the company has had to re-focus their activities on other opportunities along the way and the result of that is we have 2 other projects that are now showing tangible results.
Nearly 5 million ozs MI & Inferred.
Now I would be the first to agree that the share valuation does not appear to be the valuation that should be given to a junior with potentially 5 million ozs and growing.
One has to either believe that could change over-night or that this will never change.
It is not my place to tell people what to choose to believe.
As an adult I have made a concious decision to believe that management of both Mega and KBG have a real desire to suceed.
As an adult investing in PM juniors I accept the reality of dilution if I choose early stage plays.
Nothing has changed here for me after yesterday's news other than we continue to make progress and we continue to attract new investors, some hopefully with a long-term view.
Lets see if the company suceeds at getting it's story told to the right people.
