Huge insider buys the last few days

1.2 million shares bought buy Sheldon since the 24th.

What this company could potentially achieve this year is beyond the belief level of most I suspect.

It seem that this guy is really in the loop, must know much more than the rest. He must be pi$$ that he lost those 600000 warrant.

Looks to me like propping up the stock for further financing.

No not 600k for each. He has to file twice because of indirect ownership.  There wasn't even 1.2mm shares traded on those days.

Interesting that they chose to buy in the market rather than exercise the warrants - admittedly the warrants would have cost them an extra $40K but on a $410K investment that is not out of the question. So they chose to prop up the market price rather than add funds to the company - why would they do that? Regardless an insider investment of this size is a huge positive. If the PP wasn't ...more

Thanks for that info. I never knew that...filling both for Pinetree and himself is a requirement.
