Here is my take

3P and I have never really seen eye to eye, as we have butted heads on the GCU board. However, some of the things he says make sense. Right now in my opinion you have to focus on MB, period. Every JR dreams about getting to that magical number of 1 mill oz, MB has almost 3 mill with grades of 2.5g as compared to GCU of 1.26g and TRR of under 1g.  MGP market cap is insanley low compared to other comparable companies. With the possibilites of MB growing to 4 mill oz and beyond, you would be really foolish not to focus your attention to MB. Yes Headway could be massive, but then again, it might not! MB is a company maker property, and if you think otherwise, then you don't really know much about gold jr's.

MB is a company maker property, and if you think otherwise, then you don't really know much about gold jr's. So does that mean the market knows nothing about gold juniors? The market doesn't seem to think MB is a company maker - at least not yet. And if you don't know why then you don't really know much about due diligence.

hrattle, I posted some facts, why don't you enlightnen us and post some facts in your response instead of replying with half as* answers?
Comment by hrattle on Mar 03, 2012 2:52pm
booyaaca, I didn't comment on your "facts" just your opinion. You stated that if I don't think MB is a company maker then I don't know anything about gold juniors. That is a ridiculous statement and all I did was point that out. Throwing in a few obvious numbers - not all of which are facts - and then conflating this to a ridiculous conclusion is half-as*. MB has a low ...more

"Throwing in a few obvious numbers - not all of which are facts" Actually all number's were facts! Prove the numbers are wrong please! As for the market speaks scenario, the market is manipulated daily, so I wouldn't put that much emphasis on this right now. For instance, the market had given TRR a market cap that was way to high, we saw what happened there. The market gave RVC a ...more

welcome booyaaca. don't spend too much time debating the situation with these guys. They have their own agenda's and refuse to allow people to see things in a positive light here. As far as good long-term high potential plays this is one of the best that I have come accross in years. If I can say so I even think that Mega and GCU may eventually become key players in Northern Birch-Uchi ...more

Prove the numbers are wrong please! Here are your numbers. Every JR dreams about getting to that magical number of 1 mill oz... Pure speculation - NOT a fact. My speculation is that their dreams involve naked women especially for the miners working at MB. MB has almost 3 mill with grades of 2.5g MB has 1,046,010 ozs M&I with grades of 2.5g/t. Inferred of 1,726,674 ozs with grades of 3.78g/t ...more

They have their own agenda's and refuse to allow people to see things in a positive light here. My agenda is to debate the pros and cons of investing in MGP, and perhaps to learn something more of the company, the market, etc. Often the debate becomes heated and sometimes personal - the price of anonymous forums. If you are here simply to pump the stocks you invest in then you can expect to be ...more

hrattle, I was comparing apples to apples not apples to oranges. Ok, lets use your methodolygy, lets forget about the infererred estimate. MGP still has more gold than both gcu and trr in the idicated: MGP - Indicated -  1.05M MEASURED AND INDICATED AT A GRADE OF 2.5 G/T GCU - Indicated - 1.22m MEASURED AND INDICATED AT A GRADE OF 1.26G/T TRR - Indicated - 0.9M MEASRED AND INDICATED ...more

You want to be unbiased like me, stick with the FACTS and forget about the other nonesense because you make yourself look like an idiot. PERIOD!! I totally agree with booyaaca and hope21.

Speaking of the facts. Watch for my post later today on the facts about the Headway. I need to research some previous news releases in order to support some statements that I wish to make on the subject.

Do the math wise guy, and lets see what you get. I didn't comment on your comparison until requested by you to do so. My comment was that it is irrelevant, not because of the numbers, but because you are not looking at what is driving the share price right now. The maths are that MGP hit 74 cents immediately before the new resource estimate at MB. Today they are priced at 59 cents. A 20% drop. ...more

EXPLAIN WITH FACTS PLEASE You always seem to answer with theories and not real facts....hmmm I wonder why. The whole fun of speculation is making risky decisions on a balance of fact and experience/opinion. Decisions based on experience rather than theory. But I'm flattered that you think I answer with theories! The future of MB is speculation. It appears to be a good property but there is a ...more

I was nice enough to give you my answer. You don't seem to understand it but more likely it is not what you want to hear. Perhaps if you post what you want me to say we can sort this out...sorry, I'll make that simpler - post what you think is wrong with my opinion about MB and we can discuss this. Do you understand that you have created a strawman? You made a ridiculous statement ...more

...that can't justify his statements... MB is not yet a company maker and does have a low valuation - these statements don't need justifying.
