Help a Newby Out with a Probably Silly Question

I'm new to this site and also to investing. The last couple weeks I have bought a number of shares of MPRXF. I see that you all are talking about V.MGP. I also know there is MPRXF.PK.
I assume this is the same stock, but on different exchanges. Any other differences that I need to know?
