42 million shares issued and outstanding now. 2 million of that is being held in escrow for 3 years. 22 million of the 42 million is from the recent financing with a 4 month hold. Not a lot of stock out there now for trading. Charles Fipke owns 22% of the outstanding shares. Right now with the stock around 11 to 12 cents a share, should a discovery be made it will become a rocket and any future ...more

From the last news release: "The next stage in the company's exploration program at Maguire Lake is to carry out a radon survey in the lake itself. Radonex Ltd. has been contracted to commence this survey immediately. Once completed these data together with the land-based AlphaTrack data will provide a radon flux map for the entire area. I like the fact that they found the outcrop, took a hammer and knocked 9.5% U308 off at surface. Soooooo, if you follow the outcrop back down in the ground by driling a few shallow holes (and they must be pretty shallow) cause the mineralized host rock comes right out of the ground (this is the basement rocks after-all)  the unconformity jumping out of the ground (unconformity being ...more
