Huakan International Mining Inc. Arranges Non-brokered Private Placement Up to $5,000,000
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Sept. 15, 2011) - Huakan International Mining Inc. (TSX VENTURE:HK) (the "Company") has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 7,142,857 common shares, priced at
.70 per share, for total gross proceeds of up to $5,000,000, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. In connection with the private placement, finders' fees may be paid, in accordance with Exchange policy.

Proceeds of the private placement will be used for exploration work on the Company's J&L precious and polymetallic project, located near Revelstoke, British Columbia and for general working capital.
