$1 invested in Nuvo at the time of the spin-off vote is now worth $0.21

Nuvo which held the profitable Pennsaid franchise is now worth 43% of the value remaining.

Bloom Burton was favourable to the spin-off.
At the time of the asset purchase were forecasting a share price of $6+ for Nuvo...

The motto of a good consultant is "if you can't forecast right, forecast often"

Nuff said.

Thats all great history, but the question is, is there value here at this price? If these guys arent going bankrupt - which doesnt make sense with the current business - then there at least is some value here.

Bankrupcy? Perhaps but ultimately if the loan is not repaid the leader converts to shares and there is massive dilution. Ultimately shareholders get the same treatment - pennies on the dollar. This is a sizable bet - great if it works and disaster if it doesn't.  It looks like the value is there BUT no guarantee that the company can capture enough of it to pay off the loan in a timely ...more
