as I mentioned on RUF.un BB if the US dips into recession or as a result of the stk mkt malaise lately people may feel poorer (pensions have probably lost $$$ in oil sector stks) & not wanting to move/rent/buy a new property & stay where they are regardless whether they are snowbirds, retirees or out of work oil sector workers.

MST.un may do well to hold its own/grow slower & avoid multiple compression rather than overspend to buy something just because its cheap right now & get its re-rated lower unexpectedly.
