Am gradually reducing my holdings on this...past 3 months, it's down 5.5%, but BMO's Cdn.-hedged "ZDJ" is up 9.7% over 3 months, no doubt due to the Trump "euphoria" of late. MST.UN pays a lousy divvy of 1%. Wowee.
I made a mistake by plowing over 5% of my holdings awhile back into MST. Don't do what I did. When overall TSX is up significantly, something like this mistake of mine tcan pull you down.
BTW, Janet Yellen wants to "keep her job." How so? She raised the Fed. interest rate 2 days ago.Trump wanted this to be done one month ago. The News Media slept through this whole event.

lol .. . if your investment horizon is based on 3 months of data you did make a mistake.  and MST.UN pays around 4.5% divvy or so if you factor in the USD to CAD conversion.  NOT 1% dividend as you claim.  So not sure where this puppy goes - but you seem to be sure where you are going $ This company along with Pure Family REIT will be excellent holdings for the long term for
