MORE pumping the FOR vote with question/answer notes...sorry unable cut/paste....insiders trying to control the voting process....VOTE NO...others have or will be..., looks like the company has a BIG problem getting the votes they need.  IMHO

The real Question is - if the vote fails then do we want to be with the management who tried to make a quick buck and screw over the shareholders as soon as the internalization happened.  No ethics.
