We will grow when we see copper prices rise no need for bullshat waste of shareholders interests at this time. Shareholders will lose yet again. VOTE NO JMO :-) Gla Cheers

You're right. Guess what management should have done is nothing, just sit tight with a half built mine and pray that copper prices rise high enough so that investors like you would pour in millions of dollars @ $ 1.00 per share so we could build the mine and then pay off the $ 50 Mill in debt the Co. already owes our lenders before they take all of our assets and shut us down. Good plan but ...more

Absolutely no way this company will go bankrupt once the financing goes through. The mine itself is worth 0.8 Billion dollars for 6 years of mining. We know who is going to profit the most out of this but as far as MWE going bankrupt, the only way possible is for it to happen in 6 years from now.

So you mean after voting yes, i'm not aware of any other financing offer?

If we approve the backstop agreement with Galena then the loan warrants will be exercised and we'll get the financing to begin mining at Kapulo. So yes, after voting we get the additional financing. Right now Galena owns 19.99%, after voting yes, expect their ownership to increase by 65%
