I cant imagine the majority of investors are stupid enough to vote no but I guess anythings possible.  Suspect the bailout package will be accepted after which we should get a progress report from management and the stock will firm up. Doubt Galena are going to exercise all of their warrants right aweigh, why would they ? They have agreed to provide additional back up financing if needed

yes 3c and 3.5 good price. I would have put more in it... but... i have bet on many pennies at the same time... so I'm spread out. And that was all the money i was ready to lose in a blink of an eye. I reviewed more that 100 penny stocks(after screenind) and i made 3 picks. I think mwe will be in tthe money... if another play pays... i will definitely buy more is we have a yes and SP stays
