did anyone actually get voting information in the mail?

My understanding that before Galena could acquire mwe, there was a shareholder vote.
I own a significant number of shares and never saw anything in the mail.
One of my friends also received nothing.

Did anyone actually get this notice, or objection form from Galena?  It seems a bit sketchy to me.

Haven't gotten anything in the mail. Checked Sedar too and didn't find anything posted there - Oct 20 NR said "Copies of the explanatory letter and objection form will be filed under Mawson's profile on SEDAR". Latest NR also said the following and it seems to be getting close to the Nov 21 deadline: The Company will seek to delist from the Toronto Stock Exchange ("

I have not recieved any mail. This board is dead for months and the only time is comes up with a pulse is when there is confusion. We got Rick Rolled on this one. Oh well, just win more than you loose right !

I did find the letters on SEDAR and sent off the objection letter for my shares.  It's not labeled by name, but it is there. I find it a bit fishy that 4 out of 4 people I've asked received no mail from them. It may be worthwhile to let the OSC know of this trend.  At this point I don't feel that we have anything to lose.

Just found them under "Date of filing" of Oct 20 2016 "Document Type" Other. Thnx. I think my mailings are sent through my broker and I know sometimes I don't receive them in any reasonable timeframe. I have gotten MWE mailings before though.

I'm in the same position with my broker, although I also had shares through scotia itrade and a friend of mine has them through td.  So far 4 out of 4 people got no letter of objection delivered.
