Oh please. They said back at the AGM 1 month for approval. But of course SA never does it and it's been years. I don't expect the SA deal any time soon. Your dreaming if they get a SA deal done in 3 weeks before the warrants expire. right now the company has a cash crunch and they need to raise funds. They sell the Juno shares or do a rollback something is coming...
