Agra

anyone think it's time to move over to AGRA? good buy when it was 15c identical shares. They are expecting license soon for phase one of the 300k sq ft. Fully operational next year.

Just curious as to why you're suggesting Agra might be a good replacement/substitute for MYM?  After all, you have been going on and on about the absence of revenues for MYM.  What was Agra's revenues as reported in their Q2 financials?  Nil, zero, nada, zilch. Does Agra have a licence to cultivate?  No. "Milestone infrastructure upgrades directly correlated to ...more

AAA is licensed in London
Comment by WeeblesWobble on Oct 04, 2019 1:31pm
You're correct that AAA has a licence, but .... "Property and equipment is held by AAA-Heidelberg Inc (“AAA-H”). The building is currently not available for use and has therefore not been amortized." (Source:  Note 8: Condensed Interim Consolidated Financial Statements of Agra for period ended June 30, 2019)

To further reiterate my point: "AAA Heidelberg is a licensed cannabis cultivation facility under Health Canada's Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations ("ACMPR"). The AAA Heidelberg facility is equipped with five partitioned flower rooms, affording the Company ample canopy earmarked for ultra-premium craft cannabis cultivation. The Company is presently working to ...more

Plus, AAA got their licence on October 12, 2018 (almost 1 year ago).  Illustrates the point that its not AAA fault that HC is slow in processing necessary declarations any more than its MYM's fault HC is slow in approving the Laval licence.  Sometimes bureaucratic s**t just happens and is never publicly explained.

Feels like were going to 0! We have. Nothing to look forward to besides Laval. Even that's not a guarantee!
Comment by puppito on Oct 04, 2019 4:37pm
BullS! This is completely on management. No excuse for still working through licensing deficiencies at laval.
Comment by WeeblesWobble on Oct 04, 2019 5:16pm
O Great Carnac the Magnificent, please share your source of info that licence deficiences are still being worked through at Laval.
Comment by Cc0123 on Oct 04, 2019 2:34pm
I'm confuse d? I dont see anything wrong with their two licenses they already have.
Comment by WeeblesWobble on Oct 04, 2019 5:14pm
It's not the licences, it's about plants/seeds they want to import.  Licences are great, but if you have nothing to plant, you still got bupkus.
Comment by WeeblesWobble on Oct 04, 2019 5:23pm
From HC website: "The Cannabis Regulations set out the restrictions pertaining to the import and export of cannabis. Only licence holders under the Cannabis Regulations may import or export cannabis-and only for medical or scientific purposes. Under the Cannabis Act and its Regulations, the import and export of cannabis for any other purpose (such as distribution or sale for non-medical ...more

so what do you think is next to come for MYM? You still have faith in the company then obviously. I've been here for awhile now and I'm pretty pissed off that were still playing games. Clearly new management didnt change any goal or timeline for them as there have been some lack of DD.
Comment by WeeblesWobble on Oct 05, 2019 5:42pm
IMO, the next event that will move the share price for MYM will be HC's decision on the Laval licence application (be it yea or nay).  Until then, I don't see anything else happening that is going to make a material impact on the share price.  I always keep in the back of my mind the fact that senior mgmt and directors all have warrants and options which are all underwater.  ...more

AAA is licensed in London and Canutra also.
Comment by Cc0123 on Oct 03, 2019 8:16pm
the 2.2M sq ft is also already built. Mym has nothing built. I'm just saying might be worth the switch for gains faster.

MYM does have the initial facility built and ready to go at Laval.  I'd consider switching if there was some form of risk mitigation, but I'm not seeing that with Agra at the moment.
Comment by ScoobieSnacks on Oct 04, 2019 1:21pm
Want mitigation...go with SugarBud...SUGR. No debt, facility licensed (3 licenses at once) within months of evidence package, test crop planted...
