I guess this explains the run up!

It looks like CROP insiders were the ones buying MYM shares as their golden parachutes. If you are a CROP shareholder, this isn't a good deal at all in short term. But for MYM this is a great opening towards a strong foothold in the US Market and could be a game changer if the feds legalize cannabis nationwide after the elections. GLTA

I'm confused.  CROP insiders spend actual additional cash to buy MYM shares on the open market and with the wave of a magic wand and the casting of some fairy dust, those MYM shares turn into golden parachutes? Obviously, this type of hyper-sophisticated trading technique is beyond the grasp of my Neanderthal securities knowledge.  Can anyone help me spot the windfall profits in ...more

@ WeeblesWobble If I were a CROP insider having this information in advance, I would have bought some MYM shares. There is no secret that Crop is a failed company. 10 of their shares for 1 MYM share seems like a bad deal for their shareholders; why not buy into the winner’s camp? I understand that MYM currently is not generating any profit but there is a darn good chance it will be a bigger ...more

Are you listening to yourself????? Insider trading (noun) - "the illegal practice of trading on the stock exchange to one's own advantage through having access to confidential information." Famous people convicted of insider trading:  Martha Stewart (yes that Martha Stewart), Michael Miliken, Foster Winans and Jeffrey Skilling (yes, that guy from Enron). CROP's PR of ...more

They will get their crop free shares,in the millions, and with 10.5 to 1 will still cash in an easy profit for doing sweet f-all!

You realize that there is no such thing as "free" shares, don't you? CROP had 11.6 million share options outstanding as at Aug. 31, 2019.  Exercise prices:  $0.50 - $0.13.  CROP had +45 million share warrants outstanding as at Aug. 31, 2019.  Exercise prices:  $0.12 - $0.75.  Closing share price of CROP today:  $0.025.  Range of closing prices ...more

Had the wrong figure 4.3 million options at the 10.5 to 1

I hope you are appreciating that share based compensation is given to company mgmt and executives in lieu of cash salary and bonus payments. Those shares are issued in exchange for services rendered.  In other words, the shares were issued for valuable consideration.  Same applies to shares issued to third party service providers.  Your point about shares issued for cash escapes me. ...more

Interesting that you are so defensive. Tells me that you are one of the beneficiaries of this scam. Methinks you are a CROP executive. Hopefully karma will get you if nothing else will.

Also you should change your name to WeaselWobble instead of WeebleWobble....just sayin.
