Here's Why MYM Made A Mistake To Sell To IM Cannabis

Here is another reason why MYM Nutraceuticals made a big mistake to sell itself to IM Cannabis.

If you compare MYM and IM Cannabis' P/E ratio, you'll be shocked to see that MYM is actually performing much better than its new parent company.

In fact, MYM's P/E Ratio is -7.34 whereas IM Cannabis' is -46.61, which is a bad value for investors and a big mistake.

Keep in mind that IM Cannabis shares are also volatile as it reach as high as $40.00 a share in Mid February, but has since plunged to $9.00 a share.

Let's hope that MYM Nutraceuticals, Biome Grow, and its investors see the light and tell IM Cannabis to "TAKE A HIKE".

I'm guessing the CEO has a majority interest and the rest of us have no voice.  If we can test those "highs" again with IMCC I would be ok with this move.  P/E is not a great indicator for growing companies and MYM just became profitable...

I don't think that IM Cannabis will go back to $40.00 per share.

IM is a billion dollar company within 3 years

That's only a double from here.   I think we need to vote this down and get a better deal.

With or without Biome Grow's blessing, I think that every single investor will need to vote this down. I also think that all non-institutional MYM Nutraceuticals investors should address this matter with their investor relations department at invesotrs@mym.ca For Highland Grow to go through three different owners in less than three years with Biome Grow, then MYM Nutraceuticals, and IM ...more

Should have been at at least a 50% premium... Not impressed.

I think people are rattled because short term we could have seen a nice bump in the SP, and now we won't get rich quick. Looking at it from a long term perspective, I don't think it's a bad deal

People are rattled because MYM Nutraceuticals along with Biome Grow, its majority shareholder, had potential to be a premium cannabis powerhouse with Highland Grow gaining popularity, but chooses to sell out to to Isaeli and Canadian company like IM Cannabis at a loss to MYM shareholders like myself.

I try to stay polite NLMoose, but your constant ignorance in matters related to both MYM and BIO need to come to a rest. Being one myself I've got no problem calling you a stupid Newfie. Highland grow has never been the be all end all and to think otherwise is pure disillusion. Biome was scraping by with limited cash and MYM balance sheet was dwindling too. Both management teams approached the ...more
