It's a Mystery to Me

IMCC currently trading at $8.60.  With a conversion ratio of 0.022 that would imply a MYM share value at just under $0.19.  Why is anyone selling MYM at $0.1550?

Standard ops for any stock being bought out. This is the third time its happened to me with Kaminak Gold and Origin House being the others. Sell it short and hold it usually 15-20% down from the offer price until vote goes through and date is set for transition. The price you pay to not stick around and give your shares to someone with more conviction and patience. And these are very likely the ...more
