So Sad

IMMC stooped to a low of $5.75 today and ended the day at $6.05, it appears that Mr. Market is continuing to value it less even after taking over MYM as it hasn't stopped its decline.

@TheBridge: the conversion is based on the CDN stock price which closed at $7.50 today. it's important we get our facts straight and have an intelligient converstation about the deal as we all make our own decision on how to vote.  It obviously would be better for us shareholders if the price of IMCC rises, however, I'm willing to be a little patient to see what happens after the hit ...more

Sorry about posting the US stock price. So let's look at the Cdn. share price.........over the last month IMCC  has dropped from the $10 range to today's $7.19. I don't think either of my posts distorted the steady decline of the IMCC share price even after it was announced that they had ambushed the  takeover of MYM (which I would suspect should have been a positive move in ...more

What is it that we need to know?  I thought Trichome had financed MYM and kept them propped up when nobody else would.  Other than being under market at the time of the announcement, it would appear on the surface to be a benefit to join the IM bandwagon.

Trichome issued a loan that was paid back in full during Howard Steinbergs tenure. Very likely the end of month deal coincided with reporting requirements. Funny how people like to speculate when all it takes is to reach out to IMCC to get a understanding of why the liquidity is currently low. Bigger unknown is to say that MYM would have continued to climb independent of IMCC movement. They are ...more

Agreed there has been a steady decline of the IMC share price but most of it has no actual price impact on the IMC/MYM conversion. To this end, using the price of $10 is incorrect as the deal was announced when the price of IMC was in the high $8 range. This is a significant oversight on your part and may lead to further shareholder confusion. I can't comment on the rest of your post as I ...more

Yes, you definitely have become the Jam at the bottom of my jam jar. No point in trying to salvage the remaining jam as it's just not worth the time or energy so for most people it's just time to throw the jar in the ignore garbage. Martha's now on the cheap oats and thank god that's it spring because at least  she can eat the new green grass, but it won't be ICMM grass... ...more

The $10 price has a direct bearing on the conversion because it provides a frame of reference for the amount of shares given and equates a total dollar valuation to MYM of $87CDN million, which is below what I valued it at of $120-150 fully diluted (359 million shares) and was prepared otherwise to cut this horse loose and sell a significant amount of my holdings between 0.35-0.40 cents. I dont ...more

Rock, good post with a lot of valid and reasonable points.

Can anyone confirm that Weedon is still an asset?  I thought I read that it was disposed of but that may have been the office building.
Comment by RockMaschine on Apr 16, 2021 12:24pm
I just read the MDA again from January and my mistake, but Weedon land appears to have been sold for half a million. No big deal, IMCC has JWC Wagners 100k sq ft facility and can likely build on top of that. Cannacure is a 100% asset but I can't come up with any ideas on how this could be beneficial. Near term Laval/Sublime can be expanded on to the full 30k capacity as last I understood they ...more

No Weedon = No Weed Museum.  The dream is well and truly dead.
