Not Looking Good As MYM Shareholders Are Losing Ground

With MYM Nutraceuticals gaining more support for IM Cannabis taking them over, its not looking good for minority investors whom have a greater say whether or not this takeover will go ahead.

As for IM Cannabis' takeover of MYM, its not technically a "Merger", its technically a "Takeover" or "Acquisition" which makes a big difference.

A "Merger" is when two companies mutually agree to combine into one new company with a different name.

A "Takeover" is when a company purchases another, and that bought company is absorbed into their corporate culture.

Yet again Moose is unable to start a post using any other word than "With..." Nice attempt to stir the pot of semantics. Whatever you call it 44% or 169 million shares are supporting this deal. Too bad most of the minority shareholders are major bag holders who only managed to scrape together a few thousand shares above $1.
