Rocks...you have to admit that it was strategically a poor decision to not ask for a small premium on the MYM shares at the time of announcement.  The optics just aren't great when MYM has seen a very quick turnaround and profitibility.  It woudl be smart for IM once they realize they don't have the votes to sweeten the offer a bit and win majority approval.  I think we see

There was an implied 19% premium on the weighted shares a few weeks prior. We all know MYM likely has internal leaks based on how we saw the share price fluctuate significantly. I have over 200k shares around .25 avg cost.  I'm a YES but with the delay in announcing the special meeting date, I'm getting the sense they don't have the votes.

Par for the course. I read over on Yahoo one of the guys got their proxy. Research Trichome deal and it took about 3-4 months to finalize. I dont doubt the votes one bit. Should NO come up I will dump my shares to the lowest bid possible out of sheer spite and go all in on IMCC.
