Following the issuance, Cultivator Catalyst Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Biome Grow Inc., holds voting control over more than 20% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares.

Sounds like they just unlocked the much needed Yes votes...there's no stopping the merger now.

With meeting scheduled for July 5, Information Circular and proxy info must be out by June 4 (30 days prior to meeting).

The support of 44% stated in all previous releases was based on MYM and Biome voting YES together. Those special shares were only just officially transferred. There is 16-20% of the outstanding float of 359 million which are needed to be YES to secure the 2/3 as outlined.
