Hi.. would like to know if / when ABXX will be listed on TSX..?
Comment by RoyKerr on Dec 18, 2020 1:05pm
Listing is on NEO. It is a good market as they give their info for free to anyone who is interested in the listings instead of selling it.   https://www.neo.inc/en/live/security-activity/ABXX#!/market-depth

Do ABXX shares trading on NEO contain both Abaxx Tech and Abaxx Exchange, or only Abaxx Tech? Thank you.
Comment by RoyKerr on Dec 21, 2020 6:21pm
everything.
Comment by jduade on Dec 21, 2020 8:50pm
@Maple3, Abaxx Tech is the parent company. Abaxx Exchange is 81% owned by Abaxx Tech--per their most recent investor presentation slide deck they say 84% actually (see Abaxx Tech website IR section). Through their Master License Agreement "MLA" Abaxx Tech owns a 5% gross revenue royalty on Abaxx Exchange. Below is the relevant text from the information circular: As consideration ...more

Yes.  But I am also intrigued by the New Millenium's significant iron ore asset sitting in the company.  It has to be spun out to capture its value.  Also, $ABXX stock debute has so far not done much!  Why?
Comment by Wisedreamer on Dec 22, 2020 9:51am
For example Black Iron market cap is $91Million and properties in the Ukrain.  With NML's Canadian iron ore properties there is to be a significant upside! Thoughts?

Hope I'm wrong but I think that ABXX/NEO does not own NML iron ore assets.

Yes, you are completely wrong !! Just do some reading, all the info are on Sedar...

Jacques, Thankyou.  Wonder how the fact that some of the Abaxx investors are mining moguls will translate into great returns for the investors!
Comment by Maple3 on Dec 22, 2020 2:18pm
Great then Jacques. There's so much I can do with the kids around so kind of count on knowledgeable guys like you on this board.

Hi Maple3, a good way to update you on Abaxx and their possibilities, I recommend you and others to read all the posts by jduade on the present blog starting last September. James Duade did a great analysis of the documentation available on Sedar, and I admire his opinion.

Why? this is not a retail hype ipo stock like $DASH. Josh Crumb and team are did not go public to cash out, therefore they went RTO and listed on a somewhat niche exchange. The next stage of the business plan requires $10 million SGD cash insurance for the exchange and to give stock options liquidity so attracting talent is doable. Going public make this possible. Retail investors should ...more

If what you say is correct then, there are many CPCs/empty shell companies available for them to go public.  The mining guys' are eyeing the iron ore assets in NML and under the guise of this is a high risk fintech, want to scoop those assets for nothing!   I would like to know what the plans are for those assets given that iron ore is a hot commodity and all iron ore companies are ...more

I did a little research into it, and it seems that NML could not get the property developed because of "market conditions". They have done all of the groundwork (feasibility studies etc.), but could not get it off the ground. So it isn't environmental activism or natvie land rights, just ROI.  As you have said, iron prices are up massively, and the Millenium Iron Range might now ...more
