Abaxx Technologies Inc > A ludicrous statement

A ludicrous statement

If you wanted to sell your home, but you heard of a Real Estate agent in your community that was spreading false stories describing your property as a dump, would you list your house with that agent? Or would you think that this person is trying to set the stage for a friend or relative to come in and be able to buy at a big discount to the fair market value?

What if Abaxx management states its intention to sell its iron ore assets?

How can Abaxx shareholders have any confidence that the management will make an honest effort to sell its iron ore assets at fair market value when they have filed an official Sedar document (Sedar filing: March 31, 2022. Annual Information Form - English. 740 K, Page 12 of 59) that contains the false and misleading statement: ““the Company does not believe that the LabMag and KeMag iron ore assets have material value at the present time”? And what motivation did they have for making such a ludicrous statement in that document?
